I am subleasing a room in a 71 square meter, 3-room apartment at Bergshamra Centrum, about 1 minute from the subway station. It's a short term contract but hoping for at least 3 months. You can move in immediately.

The room is about 8.8 square meter. All other living spaces except the other bedroom are of course shared, including utilities like the dishwasher, refrigerator, storage space, etc.

I'm subleasing the room for 6000 SEK, including electricity, utility, etc. I'm only looking for a male subtenant. Contact me if you're interested and we can talk more about the details.
