Actually I put this AD for my friend(with his wife) who needs an apartment urgently, his housing contract is gonna be due on 11-31. And they are expecting a baby in coming month, so it is really urgent and important to find an apartment before 11-31.
It is OK if it is a room with separate kitchen and bathroom.
