The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Broadband is provided. The total area of the apartment is 62 square meters.

Room Description:
*Big room: around 30 square meters. Rent: 5500 SEK/Month
*Small room: around 13 square meters. Rent: 4500 SEK/Month

Requirement:
*2 months deposit
*2 months payment each time
*regular daily life schedule (sleep time is preferably before 22:00), well-behaved, and clean your own room and shared area once a week.
*no pet, no smoking
*1 person in each room.
*after first 3 months trial period, it is possible to extend the contract to long time.

Preferred:
*preferably you have some religion background and value self-discipline.
