We are looking to rent our apartment to a couple or a family.
No smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Living area: 82m2 (3/4rok, 2 large sleeping rooms+ 1 large living rooms + 1 large kitch hall+1 nice balcony)
Floor:4th,good lighting for the whole apartment
Transportation: 2min walk to tunnelbanan and 2 min to Kista centrum bus station, 15min walk to pendeltåget.
Rent: 14.800 SEK/month (including internet, heating and water) additional cost will come for electricity.
Deposit: 14800 kr
Notice period: 2 months
Available period: from (between 20191120 to 20191201) till further notification.
Contract period: 9 months or longer.
