A room in an apartment in Sundbyberg.

The apartment is 80 m2 in total, with 3 rooms. You are going to share the kitchen and the bathroom with us. Otherwise your room will have your own entrance and won\\\'t be disturbed.

The room is currenly unfurnished. We are thinking of buying some furniture very soon, but realistically we won\'t get everything ready in one month. And more expenses in the household will probably mean raised rent if you want bed and other basic furniture in your room. The rent for the unfurnished room is 3750 kr/month.

Prefer an international minded person who does not smoke. We won\\\'t be at home all the time though, so you will have your own space.

If you are a couple, we might think about renting out the bigger room with a living room instead. You will have a balcony in the living room. Your own entrance. That will be 5600 per month.

2 or 3 months as the initial contract. If you want to take it for longer, it is possible to prolong the period if we get along well.
