Hey!
Chinese family renting out a room, it is furnished about 12 sqm. Preferably to a tidy student from 1st Sep 2016.
You have access to the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry room .
Pet, smoking and partying is not allowed inside the apartment. You should not have any issue with payment previously.
It takes two minutes walking to the nearest subway station Husby, from there it is 2 min ride to the Kista mall/KTH Electrum campus, around 18 min to T-Centralen. KTH/Stockholm university main campus is about 45 to 50min.
The rent is 3500 SEK / month, electricity and WiFi internet is included. At the contract signing, a 4000kr deposition together with a payment of first month rent are needed, you will get keys to the room and apartment. if you moving out the notice period is one month.
